This necklace is made from the wings of the Chrysiridia Ripheus, more commonly known as the Madagascan Sunset Moth. The Sunset Moth is most known for it’s beautiful flashy rainbow colors. With an iridescent shine on it’s wings, this necklace truly comes alive. Set in a unique leaf like mold with a slight dusting of sparkling cubic zirconia stones, this necklace combines flash and modesty. The bold colors of the Chrysiridia Ripheus are quite beautiful and unique. The wings are preserved and encased in resin which brings out the vibrant colors and beautiful details. Please note, due to the fact that real butterfly wings are used not all pieces will come out exactly like the picture. Please allow for some variation. The pendant is hung on a standard 15 inch chain with a 1.5 inch extender.
